ran about 4 mile today. Ran at lunch today, because it is still dark to late in the morning now. I forgot to bring my GPS.

1 hour at the rec. center. I am walking laps between weights. Lots of pain, but I am finally gettting a few endorphins from the exercise. It has been a while...

Hi everyone, I am here to admit that I've been seriously slacking the last couple of weeks. If I'm honest, I've only. been swimming every other days - but lately it's been every three days. Grief is getting me down again, and even though I'm doing "all the right things" to deal with it - it's just been d#$%&d hard getting used to life without my daughter. Today it was sunny though, and I hung out all my laundry & cleaned the house. That probably only took an hour, but it felt good go move around in and out of the sunshine. Just so you know, I see your posts EVERY DAY and I APPRECIATE YOU ALL MORE THAN YOU KNOW! I am definitely going to swim tomorrow morning @ 10:15. I have a date with my hubby. Peace out.

20km on the bike in 33 minutes. 2km light jogging on the treadmill and 1000 metres in 25 minutes in the pool. A good evening.
Tomorrow at the crack of dawn we are off to mainland Spain for a 4 day weekend holiday. I´ve been looking forward to this for a while.

Erica, it must be tough. I don´t even want to start to imagine what its like... But hey from what I can see here you must be a tough cookie.

My advice to everyone has been to never worry again. yes It is pointless and the truth is as indescribable as is a woman trying to describe to a man what it's like to have a baby. Can't be done. no

I finally got myself to the pool today and swam 1,000 yds. It felt like swimming through jello after slacking for so long. But I did feel MUCH better afterward. smile

i can only imagine how much you must miss her heart

finally today, took a real walk, 30 minutes, 1.5 miles, with hubby, at dusk, my favorite time of the day, especially in winter when the charcoal grey silhouettes of the bare trees show up against the lighter grey sky behind them.

i really needed it, SI joint feels better now than it has for the last week or so.
