If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi All! My semester has started, so I might not be here every single day to cheer you on. This is my very last semester of school before I FINALLY get my 4 year degree that I've been working on ~ around injuries ~ for 20 YEARS! Barring any unforeseen difficulties, and these last classes are ALL ONLINE, I should be done by December 14th. Whew (drawing my hand dramatically across my brow)! My stats: Walking - 2 miles/40 minutes Swimming - 1,000 yds/45 minutesGo TEAM!

Go STUDENT!! (pool temperature starting to get chilly here anyway, so you have timed it well.) Last year, though I DID actual swim a few laps on Oct 1st when it was about 67 degrees, not sure if I can beat my own record again )

Yay iPod swimming! Ahem, I hope Sonar is watching to make sure you don't knock yourself out when you bump your head. And is trained to run for help? Or pull you out? Go TEAM!

boy walking is a lot harder when the muscles are still fatigued and stiff as a board, but went out and walked a mile anyway ( 25 minutes), not sure if this will loosen the muscles up or fatigue them more, but the rest of the body needed to get out. surprised that my time was not really much different despite the funny gait, one side moving correctly, the other side moving as one part. and on the way back, found a tiny butterfly on the newly tarred road. thinking that was no place for a butterfly, picked him up, he didn't resist. gave him some water in my bottle cap, he still stayed on my hand, brought him home, took some photos of him, gave him some more water, and he didn't fly away. thinking maybe he was old and dying, but not sure, set him on a flower cluster of one of our butterfly bushes, thinking even if he were dying, that would be a better place to go. or, maybe he could get nectar from the flowers and regain his strength. always an adventure out there, never knowing what each day will bring.
