If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

My knees are pissed from tai chi, but I made it almost all the way through the class again! My stats: swimming - 1,000 yds / 40 minutes tai chi - 57 minutes ( you can call it an hour if you want Tink, but I'm just being honest here...} Go TEAM!

I was up and at it early today. I swam at 8am and now, when I'm supposed to be studying comparative mythology... I'm reading posts instead. Hmmmm... maybe this is why it takes me so long to get things done My stats for today: swimming - 1,050 yds / 40 minutesGo TEAM!

All right, I'd better get into the pool now, while I still can, and it sounds less mentally challenging than studying comparative mythology
When I finally roughly figure out how many laps I've done since the last time I've reported, I hope it won't make Coach Tink's calculator explode, I think I've only missed about 5 days in the last month

in the fall and winter, i've been known to go out with my handy little LED mag light! mostly to avoid having close encounters with the skunky kind!

whether posted every day or once a month doesn't matter, all that really matters is the swimming!

Good idea! Here we have giant raccoons who will fight for their spot in the road.
