If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I walked 2 miles today w/ my niece and her two youngest - her pushing one in a stroller and the three year old riding a trike. Thank goodness for little ones, because they slow us down to the point that I can actually handle the walk. Sue, glad there was no repeat of the razor blade pain. And Lon, yep. Little face rubbing hands are actually healing! I'm sure I read that in a medical journal a while back. Go TEAM!

Today ran 4.05 miles in 38:19 minutes. My wife had me try taking turmeric instead of mobic. It has only been a couple of day so I can't say if it is working.

Hi Team! I hope everyone is well and joyful today. This morning I rode my bike down to Occupy Grand Junction and that was fun to see everyone out caring about the state of society for once. Even the police were happy and smiling. Then I rode up to the college to swim ( 1,000 yds in 34 minutes), then back to OGJ to see how things were progressing, then home ( 5.8 miles total cycling). While I was there I talked to my new friend Rick - a really nice homeless guy who has a very cool adult pedal TRIKE, which I have been wanting. I want one with a nice big SEAT, and the bike shop tried to talk me into a recumbent, but I tried it and the pressure is all on the sacrum - well, at least for me it is. But the one I want is $1,150 and that's too much cash. But get this - Rick told me about conversion kits, which I am now earnestly shopping for online. Since the guys at the bike shop told me that converting my bike couldn't be done, which is a big giant LIE , I'm going to order the conversion kit and pay Rick to do the work. Go TEAM!

Just got back from 1.25 hours of walking with a friend but not sure how far we went. I was walking a bit slower than I normally do - my guess is about 3 - 3.5 miles.
