If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

went out for a walk, but a thunder storm approaching, so had to turn back, got home about 5 minutes before the storm hit, but it was short lived and so we went back out again about 15 minutes later. love summer thunder storms!
all told:
the first leg was .75 miles in 10 minutes, usually hubby thinks i walk way too slowly compared to him, today he couldn't keep up as i was trying to beat the storm home.
second leg 1.5 miles in 30 minutes
together:
walking, 2.25 miles in 40 minutes

So the moral of this story is that exercising in inclement weather improves one's speed? Maybe we should give this info to the Olympic committee. Good Job! Go TEAM!

well, the imminent threat of being struck down by lightning certainly helps, LOL!
remember riding home on my bike, from my carpool, thought i could beat the storm, as it seemed so far away, 1/2 way home, so just as long to turn back, and it was lightning all around me, and all farm fields around me so no place to take cover, i never rode so fast.....before or since!

Thursday Stats: KravMaga CB class: 60 minutes. The fun part u ask? I had a good friend join me for the 2nd free pass she had..and she joined! YAHHOOOO!! She's got a vacation in Barbados planned in october so she wants to get back on track exercise wise. She is a sweetheart. i also showed her Pete's all in all out class and she was floored at the class...i passed these last 2 weeks. AS monster was flaring too viciously for me to even think of attempting! I told her Yeah!! I have a partner for pete's class!! oh the fun we will have together..muahahahha!! she's big on weight training so i know she has it in her. but she let out a soft *whimper* she's content and i'm happy as i am often without a partner and she's focused and ready so onwards we go!!! Tomorrow is meet and greet with the teachers for 2 of my wee bugs! my other is an 11th grader so i dont foresee that happening! The right thumb is .hmmm..about 5% better maybe? Still swollen but not nearly as bad. stiffness still VERY bad but i'm glad swelling is down. no rain..sniff sniff! Goooooo fitness team!! yahoooo!!

Thursday: walk: 4 miles, 80 minutes Friday (half day work...yea): yard work: 60 minutes
I've got an acre lot...lots of yard work. When I was LATH_ACHES it got neglected. Then LATH_FEELS_GOOD went nuts and planted 50 Italian Cypress and put in 1000+ feet of piping with bubbler irrigation. Now, LATH is just happy to be able to keep going. When I put in the piping I laid a feed line to where I want to put in a vegetable garden...that may be next. Then I've got about 300 feet of fence...the posts are in need of repair...replacing with steel pipe. Come on body...just keep going.
