If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

thanks erika, glad you are feeling better as well!
was going to go for a walk tonight, after i put the chicken in the oven (organic whole chicken, roasted with fresh herbs from the herb garden), was going to have hubby keep an eye on it. but then cut up some yams, tossed them with EVOO, cinnamon, cumin, and coriander, and roasted them. then cut up some cauliflower, tossed with EVOO, a little italian bread crumbs and romano cheese, and put that in the oven to roast. then decided if the asparagus wasn't cooked, it would go bad, so made that. then saw the apricots were getting pretty ripe, so cooked them down; learned the secret of making chutney last night on the food network (add a little sugar and vinegar and spices, who knew it was that simple!), so added honey, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, vanilla, and almond extract and cooked them down. and didn't want the drippings to go to waste so made gravy from the organ meats, herbs, onion, and carrot. two and a half hours to cook, 15 minutes to eat. now lots of leftovers for the week.
tomorrow we walk!

aww geez sue..i just read your post and now i'm super hungry!! lol!! the best i had was homemade chicken soup last week! lol. i'm hoping to make some caldo de pescado this week. fish soup. sounds scary but verrrrry yummy. i dont know ..but i think its the omega stuff ...every time i eat it..i feel so invigorated and like an energy boost of some sort for a couple of days... right now i'm dragging bug wings...strong winds..i am HOPING rain as all weekend i suffered from hands. my right thumb is a mess. it hurts to bend it from knuckle below fingernail to the bigger knuckle below it...so puffy and stiff. blegh! hoping doc soon but have to catch up on kids new school uniforms and supplies and registration transfer--Gianna lost a book. grrr. but with art working now we are inching towards sanity money wise again....its an unbelievable feeling to be able to go to grocery store and just do regular budget shopping and not chew my fingernails from lack of coins this whole year he was laid off. take care! buggie

hi mella! buggie here! nice to meet you! i've been doing kravmaga kb for almost a year. at my own pace, and the actual km self defense level 1 student --started last week! today was my 2nd class! it has been a lifesaver for me as far as helping me build endurance, strengthening my back while zero stress applied to my back..thank God! i wish i had more flexibility. one of km instructors told me as long as i work on my stretching..but i told him i have none. lol. fused on one si joint and l4/l5 and lots of titanium bolts, screws plates and all that good stuff. so he said to always tell my team partner and i can take my own pace. and its helped. what type of martial arts are you doing? i still have my pain thats for sure..AS monkey is always on my back but it has helped me an immense amount. take care and welcome!! buggie

Monday stats: KravMaga KB : 60 minutes MOST UNPLEASANT...yes caps! lol. unbelievably hot today and they are having trouble with a/c in there. kicks in right when class starts and they've been out there 3x already trying to fix it. I looked like an oiled bug today. bleh...but everyone was. KMaga level 1: 60 minutes. I had zero energy left after my kb class heatwave. had a real nice young lady as a partner. then don don don!!! [drum beats] we had carjacking self defense today! 1st started out with 1 attacker...its usually a higher level but instructor was very excited...ummm..not this kitty kat!! Lol by the time it was our turn..they jumped it to TWO attackers. you sit in an actual car, then partner acts like they are asking you for change...then attack you..you have to pummel or shove or what not two attackers one in back seat to get out. then open palm strike square bag -dont know technical name then get away and lay yourself on back asap and kick off attacker who has longer bag you kick off...then have to get back up and open strike the bag to fend them off. i wrapped my hands real good since my right hand is a mess. but it was more kicks which was good thankfully. i survived. im recovering with my crackers and strawberry cream cheese spread..yet another one of my well kept recovery secrets! ....oh yes an a few motrin and a norco. lol luv buggie aka kravmagabugmeister!

going to sound stupid. LDN? I by accident started doing martial arts. was actually looking to do tai chi, but no one here teaches it. So i went to see them with my AS file. We agreed that i will be able to do most of the "moves", but that it will take me alot longer to reach that point. I just need to listen to my body, and my body will listen to me! Its been a year and a half, and i am on my 5 belt. And i can actually do 50 "women" push-ups without difficulty (at one go). During a class of 90 min, we do about 150 push ups, 100 squad kicks, 150 sit ups and then all the normal stuff thats involved. So two classes a week, i feel really good. Now i just need to find something extra for the 2 days of the week.....
