Thanks:) It's been 23+ years since my mom's been on the planet, so it's not a recent sadness. I'm religious about preventative screenings, because she had been putting hers off after lifelong bowel trouble. I might check out because of clumsiness, but not from self neglect.

Another humid day here. Dragged myself to KM and was crying "Mommy" within 10 minutes. eek2 That instructor is relentless. No mercy and no special treatment. He must have had an extra helping of grumpy-flakes today b/c he was on everyone's booty today!! eyes

I got very nauseated 30 min later but i dont think it was that..its the heat. the heat index has been nuts this last few days. I had that feeling twice last year. I had a huge water bottle....36 oz i think....and he gives hydrate breaks every 15 minutes. but just that short drive over there in the heat got to me. I survived and treated myself to some baked ssssshiiiicken!! yes
KM's Pete All in all out 90 min

Walking today was difficult. Something is still going on with me and I haven't figured it out.

Wednesday: walk: 2 miles, 40 minutes
