I am VERY excited today.... My 4 year old has learned to swim! She suddenly started swimming lengths in my friends pool! She swam 8 and half lengths today in a 12 metre pool! I am sooooooo proud of her!   Have been away last day or so, don't worry guys, I will tot up the stats later on! Well done everyone!

Woohoo! This is actually motivational. I decided to ride the stationary bike this evening because it was for the team!
Walked: 2 miles, 40 minutes
Stationary Bike: 53 minutes
This is going to work out good. I want to loose a few more pounds for a work contest...so, this will help.
