If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

The Torchlight parade was CROWDED! My stats for the last to days are: Walking 2 miles / 1 hour Swimming 1,000 yds / 45 minutes
I'm guessing time spent eating sushi and/or gluten free pastry doesn't count. Go TEAM!

Sue this is for you or Erica..Tori and I walk several times a week, we have set up 1 mile and 2 mile paths but we have never timed it, that will be easy just start timing it..my question is when I swim it's in a 24 ft round pool, I swim, walk, run around it how would I count that either in laps or just rounds? alot of times I will go around it like 200 times so I know I am putting some excersize into it just dont know how much. When I was at the Dr. for my last remicade I found out I have lost another 8lbs for a total of 31 pounds so far so Im going to keep going.
Let me know what you think.
Lisa

hi lisa,
i'm thinking either just give the amount of time or estimate a number of "rounds" and tink will figure out how to incorporate it. i figure there's no exercise police keeping count so i just estimate. more than anything i think its just a way to keep one another motivated and have some fun with it. then again, i never kept score when i played tennis back in the day; for me it was just an excuse to go out and get some exercise.
ah yes, and congrats on the weight loss! wish i could lose a few pounds, but at least my legs are mostly muscle now and very little fat from all the walking and biking, just wish the tummy would cooperate!

Hello you! So glad you are climbing aboard the exercise team, hon! I was thinking get someone to time you swimming / running / walking once round the pool and then keep a rough count of how many laps or "rounds" you do LOL then we can just multiply it up! (I will convert the feet into yards for you). Dow gave me a time for how long it takes him to swim a certain distance and so I divided it down as a time per yard and then when he puts in his yards I figure out the time for him. I hope that makes sense!!! If this sounds all too complicated - just give me the time and we won't worry about distance. Erica does Thai Chi and that is just a minutes thing as are Ladybuggies gym trips! You are doing great btw it's fun doing it as a team, it just pushes and motivates you that little bit more! Tink
