Hello Team!
Wow everyone's been busy lately!
I have been busy, but not exercising unfortuneately!
The weather has turned ugly up until today and pool temperature dropped to 21 degrees! That is just too cold for me!
I think it's about time I did a little tot up of stats - here I go...

Monday morning light jog 2 miles 30 min...Bubba and me!   Monday evening: KravMaga KB 60 min.  A complete mess this morning  ...dragging thanks to intervals of humidity and rain. Hoping to be at class tonight...pain pills do your thing please! Buggie

thanks for the update Coach Tink!  dow...pain pills were worthless today. i dragged myself up...reminded myself chin up bug..momma's not coming with a "binky" for you so move it or lose it.  what a sight i was..hobbling along...survived km kb class.. i was a wreck. instructor is in SWAT...so he's a force to be reckoned with. almost as rough as pete but NOT..thank God. hoping tomorrow i wont be flat out in bed with hands and feet again...i HATE major flares! KM KB 1 hour
