If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

My stats for the day are: Swimming 456 metres / 25 minutes I really overdid it tonight - I thought I'd push myself a little harder than usual (I normally only manage about 20 laps) and my poor little neck is hurting as are my shoulders and chest. I don't swim regularly enough... need to try and get in the pool every day even if it's only for a few laps! Oh well it's nice to be adding to the stats instead of just adding them up

KravMaga KB class Tuesday nigh. Dragged myself in relunctantly. I didnt want to miss as I enjoy Tuesday's instructor. He has a great class. Plyometrics is something that can make some of the strongest cry. Had a couple of young-un's in class. Very physically fit in all their gear and new gloves. They were officially out at 20-30 minutes. I hobbled to my car....but felt accomplished either way. Sore and tired but when isnt AS like that with me? LOL Tuesday KravMaga KB 60 min

Hello Ladybuggie Please tell me what KravMaga KB class is! I can't imagine - it sounds hardcore! All power to you for seeing off the newbies in the first half of the class and making it the whole 60 minutes! You totally rock, hon! (that sounds very American coming from an English gal!!! I'm actually very English sounding indeed!!! - you guys are rubbing off on me!)

today: walked: 3 miles, ~1.5 hoursa mile of that was pacing the halls drinking volumen (for the CT enterography of my small intestine), but that's walking, right! was starting to drink it in the waiting room but hated having these two older ladies staring at me as i made these horrible faces (of course hubby just told me to stop being so melodramatic, LOL!), so started walking around, found it easier to not focus, mind over matter, so asked if i could go wander with my "milkshake". found a beautiful courtyard garden, they really put a lot of thought into the fragrances: evidence of peonies come and gone, lemon thyme, lavender, sage, butterfly bushes (no butterflies though), clethra, phlox, roses, and a number of interesting trees, shrubs, plants that were not fragrant. thought i'd be bored there for an hour and a half drinking drinking drinking, but between walking, having free wireless and taking my mac book air, my ipod, the time passed very quickly, and i even got part of my daily walk in
