If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Excellent, Erica, she's back in the water again!
Proves that swimming is just like riding a bicycle* you never forget!
*Legal disclaimer: except that with swimming, you don't need a bicycle, you almost never get run over by a car, unless the driver is really really really drunk, then there can be that small problem about being consumed by sharks, on the other hand, how many bicyclists find buried pirate treasure? Local laws and restrictions may apply, this may be void on the planet Neptune, where there is no water, only poisonous atmosphere, for more information, see instructions on "How to Remove Water From Boot" printed on sole of boot..Ibid, X12-425.

hi buggy! you found us! no thanks to me i might add, telling you all about it and forgetting to post the link! silly me! fortunately erika helped you out. triathalons, no not me. LOL! when i was in my teens and 20s, i did run and swim laps for pleasure, fitness, and the calming effects that aerobic activity always gave me. would bike as a form of transportation as i didn't own a car through my poor college and grad school existence. but never did any of them very fast......well, except for the biking when caught in a thunder and lightning storm once, but that's another story. boy did i fly then. otherwise, for me, it was always more about distance than speed. now, i really couldn't even dream of such a thing, just really happy to be able to walk because i know what its like to have even that taken away from me. so any day that i can go for a walk is a good day

Wednesday: walk: 4 miles, 80 minutes Thursday: walk: 2 miles, 40 minutes
Only one walk today. I had server problems that kept me in my seat from 8:45 am to 4:00 pm...oh the stress.

Thanks Sue..and Erika! Ok..bugs not on a swim team. Wish the km center had a pool but mostly gyms only have it. Yesterday : Light jog 2 miles at my kddos high school. Hobbled home after that. So humid even with it cloudy out Today: went to KM center and went for more torture at Pete's all in all out class. it's 1 1/2 hrs of insanity. My 2nd time. Jump rope light and drills for 15 min and intervals of one armed pushups with medicine ball then off to ropes they use for rope pulling contests...you have a partner stand on end of rope and you do an "S" motion with each arm. TOUGH...wanted to cry... AND of all things when we did situps with medicine ball..partners ran out...guess who I had for that and the self defense punching ?! PETE.the owner! I held my own..thank GOD!! finished off with gymnastic rings and steppers to lean on for pushups, pullups without it and dips. about that time i wanted to cry out "Mommi! Mommie! Mommie!" But I survived. Check back with me tomorrow...last time it took me 3 days to feel my shoulders and body again. I am a sick bug for torture! But I feel good now! Thats all folks..! Luv bug
