If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ran 4.6 miles this morning in 45:02 minutes. I am now in the taper period before the marathon. It is a hard time for me because I cut down on the number of miles I run, but I feel good. I keep thinking I should run a few more miles.

Today I swam 1,000 yds. Same time. I actually hurt myself by kicking off too hard after a turn. eDoes anyone else get that sharp nerve shock pain thing that feels like it starts inside the tailbone and goes down the leg? Sheesh! At home resting now. Go TEAM!

30 minutes brisk walk+ Lin
at noon - 60 minutes of exercise in the current pool at the REC center. I was tired when I got out, neck was throbbing, but it did make the big muscles get a work out. I used the hand floats so my arms and shoulders will be sore, but well worth it! For some reason, I am down 15# from 3 months ago. I sure have not been on a diet. Maybe the morning walks with Lin, no matter what????? another 25 to go...
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.

that fragrance sounds nice.
i went with my mint candle. its a nice clean fragrance, not unlike cucumbers or melons.
yesterday walked a total of about 3 miles, ~1 hour, broken up into mini walks of 1/4-1 mile at a time.
from parking lot to building, to car and back with my lunch bag, back to the car to leave (1/4 mile x 4 = 1 mile)
then walked ~20 minutes, ~1 mile while eating my lunch.
then after our department meeting, from this building to another with a colleague and back and then again with another colleague and back (1/4 mile x 4 = 1 mile)
today,walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes

Okay, I have had a good week fitness wise. I did some swimming at the weekend I think 1200metres but I can´t remember exactly. On Monday I swam 2000metres, on Tuesday I cycled 40km on a training bike and today Thursday I swam 1500metres. Life is nice when I don´t work too much. When am I going to listen to this and actually consider working less?
