If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ran 19.11 miles this morning in 3 hour 33 minutes. The last 5 miles were rough, and slow. Because the first 14.11 miles were easy! You amaze me.

OK guys I did 2000metres in 55minutes this evening. It was sooooo nice to get back to the pool. Will try to light a candle tonight but am going camping in the forest and naked flames are strictly forbidden at this time of year. So I will do it the next evening when I am back at home. Good job swimming & camping! Thanks for the candle.

i have tons of yankee samplers. Awwww... you are SO SWEET! I wish I'd logged on sooner. Her all time fave was Nag Champa. She liked cucumber perfume. I hope your cold/migraine/sinus thing gets better pronto.

Stats for this past week: Monday: Krav cb: 60 min Wednesday: KM2 Phase B: 150 minutes Thurs: Krav CB: 60 min Survived phase B this past week by the hair on my chinney chin chin! Lots of donkey kicks. My partner is a physical therapist so she knows all about As. A real sweet young lady! Also had the owner come in to observe the 2nd half of it... He's like one of a few 2nd degree blackbelts in KravMaga. He helped me out with one of my side kicks. I have a hardtime with rotation...ahem..fusing gets in the way! 10 more weeks to go and it's over with...why does it seem so far away!? Go team go!!

I swam 1,000 yds in my usual 31 minutes. It seems my times are pretty set in stone now. Crapola, I'm on my third day of tramadol in place of oxycodone, and I'm so disappointed I could spit. The tramadol gets rid of the pain, but keeps me as wide awake as if I'd drank a quadruple espresso. Crapola. Does anyone know of any other mild narcotic that isn't schedule II? I'm going to go ahead and try the morphine and see how that goes, but I hate having to pay to see the doctor every time I need a refill. There has got to be a schedule III narcotic that will work for me. I've tried hydrocodone (dizzy & nauseous), tramadol, and I think that's all. Okay, enough grousing. I'm going to bed to read for the next 7 or 8 hours... I'm going to post the above rant on the main forum to get some more input.

Always walk 25 minutes a day at a brisk pace Today pushed the grandbaby for another 50 minutes. Friday & Sat. I walked in rural Nebraska down dirt roads 4 times, what beauty. The trees nerly touch each other from the sides of the road. I also cut some Osage Orange limbs, and picked some hedge balls.
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.
