still don't know why my gastrointestinal system is still spazzing out so much, but at least i'm not crazy i'll be fine, i'm used to this! but now would be a very good time for those small bowel tests that the insurance denied......need to call the gastroenterologist tomorrow, see what plan B is.

I have another new really fun sport. Laughter Yoga ! It is super fun and you get an awesome cardio workout without hurting yourself at all!

My stats for today:

Laughter Yoga 30 minutes
Tai Chi 60 minutes
