If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Diddo Sue22! Tink is our scorekeeper extraordinaire! And I am having a seriously slow week myself, so no beating yourself up! Just sitting here typing trying to get up the gumption to go swim. It might just end up with a short walk today. Go TEAM!

gorging themselves on bags of dried fruit to "win" It is extremely curious what people choose to think of as "healthy food". I find it quite weird that there are healthy diet programs that specifically leave out sugar & white flour ~ hello, those substances are not food in the first place. Food is defined as something that is nutritious, not just any old substance one throws down the gullet. And now the candy makers are all rushing to include wheat products in candy so that it will be untaxable as a food. As if white flour makes it food. Grrr...Harumph!

Yipee! As far as choice of stroke - anything goes! Don't be shy. Plus which, I learned to swim by watching YouTube. Well, I sort of knew how to flail about while going forward, but now I can actually use my arms, legs, and breathe all at the same time... and mostly I never run into any of the other swimmers. (any more)

@ Sue & Tink: thanks for the good advice regarding swimming laps, I will follow up on that. Meanwhile, I walked for one mile yesterday and did some yoga. The day before, I hiked for about an hour, and did a bit of yoga. Great posts, people! Thanks ERica. Jan
