It is extremely curious what people choose to think of as "healthy food". I find it quite weird that there are healthy diet programs that specifically leave out sugar & white flour ~ hello, those substances are not food in the first place. Food is defined as something that is nutritious, not just any old substance one throws down the gullet. And now the candy makers are all rushing to include wheat products in candy so that it will be untaxable as a food. As if white flour makes it food. Grrr...Harumph! no

Plus which, I learned to swim by watching YouTube. Well, I sort of knew how to flail about while going forward, but now I can actually use my arms, legs, and breathe all at the same time... and mostly I never run into any of the other swimmers. (any more) laugh2

@ Sue & Tink: thanks for the good advice regarding swimming laps, I will follow up on that.
Meanwhile, I walked for one mile yesterday and did some yoga.
The day before, I hiked for about an hour, and did a bit of yoga.
Great posts, people! Thanks ERica.
