Wow, I have been slacking on entering my exercise this weekend.

This morning I swam 1,000 yds in 31 minutes.
Yesterday - nada.
Day before yesterday - nada.
Day before that 1,000 yds... can't remember my time.

Day before that 1,100 yds... also can't remember my time. This day was September 2nd, so I might have already counted this. confused2

Go TEAM! clap

cheerleader OMG! What an awesome idea! Yay SUE! cheerleader

so far so good smile

day 1, got lunch, then a 15 minute (3/4 mile) walk with my friend / colleague. wanted to walk longer, but had to stand in line too long to get lunch and then a meeting at 1 pm, but will go out later today as well. it was even drizzly, but it was a nice way to cool off while walking.

Not so hot today, luckily, Erica.

Walked another 2.5 miles in 40 minutes.

school started yesterday and been cool (60s) and drizzly yesterday and cloudy today, so feeling quite fall like.

today, walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes at lunchtime.

then another 1.5 miles in 60 minutes at sunset with hubby. the really nice thing about cloudy days is the awesome sunsets! that's why it took so long to walk the 1.5 miles, kept stopping to watch the changing skies, and click a few photos of the sky. smile

Today I swam 650 yds in 21 minutes. I was so freaking sore and achy today. Going to try that whole plant based diet. It's supposed to really help with autoimmune.
