If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

This mornings run: 4.76 miles in 45:10 minutes. I went a little farther this morning, trying to make up for my pathetic run on Saturday.

Today I triked 3 miles, and swam 1 kilometer. The long lanes were open which I LOVE! Less turning more swimming. With all the talk about pedometer & gps, I started to wonder if there is some sort of "swimming pedometer" and there is! Good job everyone! Go TEAM!

Are you guys taking any muscle relaxer's? That set's off RLS so bad that they have you wear a medical braclet not to give you any in the hospital because you have RLS. Took me awhile to figure it out. I was on one and it went from my legs to all over my bod y and I was miserable. I started reading up on it and slowly titrated down and it was gone.

RLS=Restless leg syndrome? I've never heard this about muscle relaxers. I take tizanidine on occasion at night when I'm hurting too much to get to sleep. Combination effect of relief of pain (sometimes) to making me too drowsy to stay awake, if I'm in bed. If I'm up and busy, I don't get too drowsy...just makes me slower. But never have gotten anything that seemed like RLS-restless leg syndrome. Since this is the Fitness thread.... I worked 4.6 miles last night, after working 11.5 hrs Thursday night. Forgot the pedometer that night. At least my check will reflect something. I was totally beat by the time I completed the work week---too tired and sore to even get to sleep till well after 3am.

I've almost talked myself into one of these: FITBIT pedometer/lots of other things. It can be an early birthday present.
