If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ok guys, yesterday 1,500 metres in the pool Today 1,200 metres in the pool. It was all good.
I was going to ask about your trike Erika but your above post has just answered that. Good news at last.
Orch: A jump rope? What is this? Is it a skipping rope? I remember a few years ago listening to an interview on the radio about skipping and it finally, yes, finally twigged with me to give up 90% of the activities that I involved myself in because they were bad for my back. Since then my pain levels have decreased from high to virtually nothing (fingers crossed, touch wood). The interview was promoting skipping as great exercise but it was an absolute no-no for people with bad backs. I tried it out and ye, my back hurt. I then gave up everything that hurt my back without exception. My twopenny bit you now have. DonĀ“t worry all sane people ignore me.
Take it easy and keep going everyone.

Jamie just how cold is it in Texas?
I never could hook to a bandwagon, but a few days of fasting seem to help..
I am walking 40 minutes, today, I vacumed and moped floors, shook rugs...nearly 2 hours..

Oh not very Lon, but being born and raised here I'm not a huge fan. It's been 23 F mornings and about 55F after work. It's also a life/work balance problem...2 kids and a 30 min commute usually means cook at 5:30, dinner 6:15, clean up, do homework with DD8, baths, books, bed for kids by 8:30 then I'm not far behind as we get up at 5:30. I need lots of sleep. In fact, last 2 nights I was literally falling asleep on couch at 7:30 and had to force myself to get up and finish routines. Every Friday night I sleep for 12 hours... I am just so worn out after a busy week.
I know I have to exercise, just need to commit and make time. I hate doing it but feel a New Year resolution coming on.

I understand about being tired...
some times a change up - helps so much
but I admire young parents who are devoted to their kids.
hang in there

Hi Team! Today I swam 1/2 mile, and Monday I swam 1/2 mile as well. The two days in between I suspect I swam, but I can't prove it. Had a bit of brain fog lately... Go TEAM!

I was staying in Crystal City, Arlington VA. On Tuesday I got up and went running on a trail that went into Washington DC. I am not sure how many miles I went, but I would guess about 3. Then Wednesday morning I was planning on running again, but I woke up to late. I went up and down the stairs at the hotel twice. It was 9 stories.

Got up this morning put on my running clothes. I looked outside, and snow everywhere. So I shoveled snow, and then off to the gym. I spent 1 hour and 2 minutes on the elliptical. I should have went skiing.
