Michelle

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Not what you wanted to hear at all. I hope your doctor has a plan that will work for you to make things easier. I think there is a web site called grey matters ??? that offers support for people with MS. I have a friend who was diagnosed with MS last year and she tells me there have been alot of advancements in treating MS in the last few years. I hope whatever the plan is....It will help to relieve some of your symptoms soon.

take care of yourself

Thank you so much Jeff for the info, I'm going to look up grey matters, I'm having trouble sleeping tonight, so maybe that'll help...my doctor put me on a drug called Avonex, I think I really need to talk to my pharmacist and make sure that the meds for the neurological problems and the meds for the joint pain don't have any type of contradiction with the biologics or muscle relaxers...I really want to make a serious move to LDN & NSD and see what that does for me but I need the meds to function at any level right now, my pain levels are just unbelievable and constant, if it weren't for that, I would do that immediately...but at any rate, I just wanted to thank you for the info, I really appreciate it... hugss heart

Michelle - surely am sad to hear of MS DX... But hope springs me darlin, and just mebbe the LDN will be a winner for You. OR, mebbe it is a side effect from the Enbrel!

Michelle, you were talking about your liver the other day, just fell over this'un. Mebbe of interest - these toxins in fish, especially shell fish, and of course in coastal waters, are a known for hep-A and liver probs. BTW, did you get the hep-A test done?

Many (((HUGS)))

Michelle,
You have mentioned falling.
I thought my problems were with a uneven heart and the low sugar thing. I will fast and pray for you and the others who are in such a bad way. We love you and want you well.
I had told Lin about getting a pup. I at first old her it was German Shepherd, she was not sure about that. But when I said a Lab: she smiled real big!!
I have been so dizzy and unstable that IO have moved entire counters at Wal-Mart! When we go some where, Lin always makes sure I have the easy seat because of my stiffness and clumbsy gate.
I pray fora good treatment for you.
agape'

Michelle, I'm so sorry about the DX. I know you must still be trying to take it all in, but stay strong. Knowing what you're facing is half the battle.

You're in my thoughts

Big hugs hugss

Molly...I'm questioning this DX., after a long night and a lot of reading...I quit taking the Enbrel injections the same weekend that I went to the ER with that high fever, even though the doctor didn't know whether it was viral or bacterial, it really didn't matter regarding the discontinuation of the Enbrel because as you know, that's what you're suppose to do, right? So, I almost immediately start with the MS symptoms and looking back, the liver enzynes were a problem last August too...I'm wondering auto-immune hepatitis maybe and like so many of you have wondered, is this an Enbrel reaction? I think maybe so...and maybe not but I'm not ready to accept this Dx just yet...I did however learn some new and interesting things that answered a couple of old lingering questions and that I've heard brought up and discussed here in the past...the little capillary ruptures that I have could be a symptom of autoimmune hep and so could the left shoulder pain and occasional abdominal swelling, I plan on putting this to my rheumy but wanted to get your input, Molly...things should be clear for take off to Shreveport by Monday...better late than never...thanks again Molly... hugss
