Michelle,
I am so glad that you had the chance to tell your mother everything that you needed to. That is very important.

Continued prayers of peace for you and your family.

Michelle, my heart is going out to you, your mum and your family.... Such a difficult time. I'm so glad that you did go and see her, and were able to say those things to her you needed to.

Thinking of you all.

Michelle, as much as we all want to hear from you, why don't you take that time and rest and not worry about answering each of us. We all love you and know you love us. Just give us an update for the whole KickAS family and then get yourself horizontal.

Hugs and Blessings.
Possi

Hey Michelle honey;
I just logged in for the first time in a week, so I just now saw your post, and now I'm crying, oh honey I'm so sorry. I'm very glad you got to talk to her. Losing someone is dam% well hard enough without it being drawn out like this. One of my best friends lost her mom in a very similar way a couple of years ago, I was there with her family when they took her off life support the first time, and she came back, and she was so embarassed that we were all standing around her in a circle crying and praying, she chewed us out when she could talk again. there were so many "false alarms" before she died, and I know every time my brother would call us in the middle of the night to say "Chris is unresponsive, you'd better get down here now," . . . it's like losing that person over and over again, it makes it harder I think, especially since you start thinking to yourself that it'd just be easier if he/she would just go this time . . . then you feel so guilty for thinking that and you beat yourself up over it.

Try to take care of yourself a little right now. Sleeping pills might help a bit, I know you probably don't want to sleep, but you need to, and you need to not feel guilty for sleeping. Or eating. Or showering. Your parents are/would be quite mad at you for not taking care of you right now.

All my love honey,
Bridge

I just came home to take a shower and get ready for another long night, the doctor came in and told her that she's passing and since then, she's been in a constant state of anxiety, the doctor told her that she can ride it out without the meds and it might buy her a few extra hours or he could start the morphine drip and make har so comfortable that she wouldn't know that anything was going on....she immediately asked him how fast he could hook up the drip, that was last night.....thank you so much everyone for all of your support, when everything settles down, I will respond to each of you.......
