If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ohhh Michelle my goodness. I don't think I fully appreciated how MUCH you were swamped at your home in the city too. I hope you are coping as well as can be through a clean up that must seem overwhelming in magnitude. (super job on posting pics, btw, you are a star!) mig

Sarah...I got kicked offline right after I posted these pictures, I needed to go anyway, tomorrow the pet rescue is moving west towards the Bolivar Peninsula(Galveston & Shell Beach) they weren't able to let anyone in, that's of course where most of the calls came in from btween Lake Charles and Galveston....I've been helping to pack the supply trucks this afternoon...oh yeah...I took a picture inside a rescue house for yall today...the house was in really bad shape! We actually take a picture at each rescue but this one is a little different, I spoke to the owner awhile ago, we call them after we get their pet so they know that they got out okay and I asked her if I could share the picture, she said absolutely, no problem, she was really nice, but out of respect for her, I'd rather to send it in a PM.

Hi Mig, actually the pictures from LC were taken after the water went down except the one of my neighbor's house, the one taken of Ike rolling in...the one of Reese's is in town, that's wind damage but the water level in the picture of the other house is accurate, so it's not too, too bad by comparison. I hope I'm coping alright too, last time I did the same thing, I worked like this for about a year and a half, then I took a 2 month nap. Thanks for the compliment!

its nice to have photos on the internet now, i thought about that after you mentioned losing photos of your children in katrina and seeing this photo of claire.
when i'm writing a long important document (paper, grant proposal, etc), i email it to myself and my husband as backup, just in case anything happens to my laptop or the building burns down.

That's a good idea Sue, I've got most of my pics stored on disc and a lot of them stored on an online photo storage and I also keep my negatives seperate from the photos in case something happens that way I can print more photos and the negatives fit in a dry box better.
