If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks for keeping us updated. I hope you keep getting better, and can get off the prednisone.
Good Luck

Not sure if I should really be posting an update - the past weekend was pretty stressful, and now I'm sure stress plays a part in my flares, because I feel awful. I managed to get through the wedding, and got some decent pictures, but being on my feet all the time, not sleeping at all (very hard hotel bed), and taking more meds than I thought my liver could handle, kind of adds up. I also seem to have picked up a virus, and coughing doesn't exactly help out my rib/chest pain. So, it's tough to tell where I stand. Give me a couple more weeks....

Hey girl;
Wow the boob tumor thing is a very cool bonus! (I fight them myself . . . I feel your boob-pain.)
How are you doing on the painkiller issue? Wish I could email you some drugs, but alas, I'm rather short on them myself and Alberta is SUCH a long way away . . .
Keep us posted, okay? *hugs* Bridge and Lentil

Alas, no doctor, so no suitable pain meds for me. Still have some leftover T3s and prednisone that I'm working on from last year.
Thanks Tim, Bridge (Lentil too!) for your replies. I might not post too often, but I do drop in to read. Much appreciated!

well. hmm. I guess I'm coming up on 7 weeks since I left the mine. Not feeling any better than before the radon experience.
I was really hoping this would be a great alternative, but I guess it doesn't work for all of us? Or perhaps I'm just a delayed responder? Who knows.
I've lost coverage for Enbrel, even though Alberta just agreed to cover enbrel and humira for AS. It's a long story, but apparently everyone in Alberta is allowed enbrel, but me. Nice. And my rheumy just blew me off for my regular appointment, so I'm really, REALLY up the creek. The only thing that seems to help me is loads of prednisone, so until I find an alternative to it, I guess my bone density will be taking a beating. Anyway, if I take enough prednisone and t3s, I can still manage to walk a bit and take care of myself, so I suppose I should be counting my blessings. It's getting hard to stay positive though - everything seems to be an uphill battle lately.
