I love this question to bits.
Sit back now coz this may take a while. I used to be just Simpo.
So 'LORD SIMPO'. I was given this name by my dear, dear friend Loz. We met up for the first time a couple of years ago, for a Sunday afternoon stroll with Pam, my wife, and Sue, Loz's wife and his son Dom. A great afternoon, and we got to taking photo's of each other and we just happened to be wandering the grounds of a 16th C priory, which has now been turned into a hotel, but the grounds are open to the public. So anyway, I had my picture taken in front of the magnificent building.
Loz put the picture of me up on the site for all to admire, along with the story of me actually being 'Lord Simpo' A real honest to goodness member of the English aristocracy. Unfortunatly, several people believed him, and we played along, me being very cross with him, for leaking my true identity, and him apologising, and it went on for about 4 days, when I fessed up and told everyone it was all a scam. A few of the older KA members may remember the laughs we had over it. I still do.

Urla...My first niece couldn't pronounce my name, Laura, so..."Auntie Er-la" it was. I prefer to spell it with a U, it looks more exotic
BTW, Only my 23 year old niece and her dad, one of my three brothers, are the ONLY ones priviledged in the whole wide world, to call me that, so watch it there folks!! It's Laura to you!!
