Strutsy is a short form of my last name, and my Dad used to call me (Ok, OK! still does) his lil' Strutsy.

I like to think that I am NOT an icky person all . I was tagged with this nic. when I was still working. My work buddies noticed that I (neck and spine) was very stiff and it reminded some of the Disney character "Ichobod Crane" from "The Headless Horseman". I got use to being called Icky and started to even like it. Guess it turned ppl's attention to me. They still call me icky today and so do you.

Hmmm...

I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you

Actually,

Drewster...

it's who I am. One of my good friends started calling me that many years ago (as opposed to Andy) and it kind of stuck with me. Although I am known by many names...

Andy

I picked the first three letters of my real first name because I am registered with SO many things online, I won't be able to keep track of all them if I had some weird, funky username for each one.

Pretty uncreative, but functional

Ya know, I used to go by "algae" for my initials, lj, and cause I'm a biologist, but I found it kinda creeped people out. Go figure.. So I went back to just plain ole Laurie, which means "winner", maybe a bit more positive than spineless slimy green stuff.
