Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) has been show to reduce depression and inflammation. They sell these ear clips on amazon you can plug into your TENS device. Has anyone tried this?
This makes total sense to me. I've been following this researcher at the GGSC for a few years now. Also, I started doing Heartmath breathing 2 years ago which has helped calm my pain response immensely.

Here's what she uses: FMS which is frequency specific microcurrent. (Not the same as TENS) Neural Therapy with lidocaine included in the injections. Deep Tissue Laser Therapy
