Not posting here as much as in past, so providing an update.

Doing very well still with diet as my focal point. I also drink kefir 3-4 times a week and occasional sauerkraut for my probiotics. Every Friday I do not eat (fast) until dinner time (9pm here) and then it is only a salad and maybe some fruit... this semi once a week fast I have been doing for couple years (easier with family) and it appears to have helped. Starting to incorporate garlic 1x/week as well to reset any potential issues.

I started with more rice 2-3 times a week several months ago with 4-5 big spoonfuls and do not notice an issue. So my GI continues to heal from all the items incorporating above it appears.

Keeping up with stretching daily and walking. In the park nearby even have some resistance machines started to workout on and doing well.

Eating lots of salads as always with olive oil and vinegar, also walnuts and raisins. Ice cream here in Argentina is great and my one vice that I could probably cut back on a bit.

Best to all and keep on kicking.

Tim
