Since February this year I work out. I follow the NASS back in action programme, thus do two/three times a week a gym session including weight machines for muscular gain. I don't over do it (well I try) and prefer reps to actual weight. Nevertheless I want to gain muscular mass and the NSD does not help: no muesli possible, most protein supplements (I use bar and shakes) contains some starch. Does anyone has a good experience having a NSD tailored for muscular mass gain ? If you guys have a brand making no starch muesli and no starch protein bar that would be great ðŸ‘
