Hello. After a lackluster few years on Enbrel, I'm being switched to Cimzia, if we can get insurance approval. I work for J&J so if that doesn't work out, I can get Remicade or Simponi for free.... we'll just see.

I'm interested in this too. Low fat diet and tetracyclines are just about the only two things that have ever helped me. The low starch diet, on the other hand, has been a disaster.

Glad you got an appointment! Symptoms and earlier history too. They like to know about how long you've been experiencing things. Maybe what you've done for relief, when does it feel better/worse. Where does it affect you. Good luck!

I find the castor oil at the grocery store or drugstore by the laxatives. I do not indulge in starches, I get low back pain if I eat starches. I can get away with beans sometimes, I think. I seem to do ok with grapes. I feel better juicing everyday

Thank you for your suggestions, I may try fasting, though I will have to look up the details. If all else fails, I will ask about steroids. I have previously tried the NSD and it didn't seem to help, though I may try it again at some point. I'll le

Hi Simon 909, I am 55 years old and I have both A.S. for which I am HLA B27 negative but have advance A.S. so that test is absolutely useless. There are proven other genes that show A.S. so if they are only using that one without supported M.R.I.s
